Rental Preparation

FOR THE LANDLORD:

We maximize the visual and comfort quality of your home in a way that will optimize your rates and provide a pleasing environment for your guests. This will potentially inspire your clients to return.

Step 1: Declutter the entire house. (We do not throw away anything without our client's permission!). We pack up and store all personal belongings (photos, clothes, toiletries etc.)

Step 4: Full home deep cleaning

Step 5: Photography Services- we have a photographer come and take beautiful photos of your home to maximize your advertising. Price depends on the photographer and home many photos you need. 

FOR THE TENANT:

Step 1: Unpacking and allocating your belongings. 

Step 2: Organizing home per clients needs (please see Organizing Service page)

Step 3: Full home deep cleaning

Step 4: Shopping for immediate and stock necessities.
